Darian grew up in a small town in Schleswig-Holstein, and (Vocal coach and singing teacher) The only musician in his family. You could say he was a late bloomer. But by the time he was ten, it had finally happened. His elementary school teacher recognized his talent for singing and was determined to nurture it. She had him perform none other than "Aisha" by "Outlandish" on the school stage—which came as a big surprise to his mother.
In her vision, Darian will be on stage with his classmates. His teacher, Ms. Lange, sees things differently. She wants Darian to perform this song alone on stage. Confident as he is—or perhaps just oblivious—he agrees. He’s barely practiced. The performance: a heartfelt “Wow!” Especially for the woman sitting next to his mother, watching in amazement. The performance moves her to tears. By now, at the very latest, it’s clear to his mother, too, that this talent must be nurtured.
A year later, Darian is enrolled in piano and singing lessons. What’s unusual is his boundless interest in music theory. Concerts are already a regular part of his daily life. The frequency of his performances steadily increases. Music becomes an increasingly central part of his life. He sings in the soul choir, the lower-grade choir musical, and a big band. Along the way, he learns to play the bass and guitar. He quickly becomes a multi-instrumentalist.
Music from the ’50s through the ’80s plays on his MP3 player. Queen, Elton John, Billy Joel, and Falco fill his ears. His taste in music is just as unusual and eclectic.

At age 15, he auditioned at the Hamburg Conservatory and was promptly awarded a scholarship for two and a half years of study in voice, piano, and music theory. Jazz, rock, and pop were the genres in which he was taught.

At the same time, Darian, together with his brother Dariusch, is the composer of the musicals "Far from Home," "Miniman," "The Wall," and "The Time Travel." Darian is currently composing a two-and-a-half-hour musical that also explores the depths of the human experience.
The next logical step took him to the University of Music, Drama, and Media in Hanover. His major—what else could it be?—was pop singing.
Darian's musical career is currently centered around his band of the same name, "Darian Tabatabaei." The band has already opened for "JEREMIAS" and "Marcella Rockefeller.".
Darian doesn't want to keep all of this to himself; on the contrary, sharing music—and especially teaching others "how to sing"—is very important to him.
